Returns (Not Warranty Claim)
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from Clearly Loved Pets. However, if you wish to return an item, we will try and make the process as smooth as possible. Our Return Policy is simple:
- Any product can be returned for up to 30 days after the date of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unassembled, unused, and preferably in the original packaging. After 30 days, we do not accept returns, or provide refunds, however warranty provisions may apply.
- If you purchased a product from our website, we will need your order number
- If you cannot provide this, let us know, we can look it up.
- A sales receipt is required if you purchased a product from a retail store.
- For manufacturing defects, or missing or damaged parts, see our warranty section.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. *We recommend saving your original packaging.
- Your refund will be issued in the same manner that payment was received.

How to Process a Return
- Click Here to Go the "My Account" Page and then Login
- Click the "Completed Orders" link on the Manage My Accounts menu
- Find the order in the list
- Click the green "Return Items" button
- Indicate the quantity being returned
- Fill in the required info. The more detail the better.
- Submit the request.
Watch for a confirmation email immediately and a response email with instructions within 24 hours (usually faster).
